You can choose from the different payment methods available on Kazi Box. Please find below the list of available payment methods:

What should I do when I cannot see a payment option at the check out?

If no payment option is shown after you’ve entered your billing information, you need to refresh the page and start the check out process again. If you still cannot access a payment method it may relate to your region or some other very specific reasons: please contact our Customer Service Contact Center at +255 222700773 or docs@kazibox.co.tz. A Kazi Box representative will get back to you within 1 business day.

How can I pay for my subscription on the Kazi Box app or the Kazi Box mobile website?

The Kazi Box mobile app and mobile website offer all the payment options that the Kazi Box website version offers. You can pay without any worries with the preferred option of your choice.

Are there any hidden charges like sales tax or VAT when I make a purchase on Kazi Box?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Kazi Box.

Does Kazi Box offer payment in installments?

Sorry, we don’t offer payment in installments at this moment.

What currencies does Kazi Box accept?

We only accept Tanzania Shillings. If you pay via a bank account in another currency, the payment will automatically be converted into Tanzanian Shillings.

Where can I get the Kazi Box apps?

You can find the Kazi Box mobile apps on the Play Store for Android phone users, and the App Store for IOS/Apple devices.

How do I download the Kazi Box App?

For Android Devices:

 Make sure you have a good internet connection

2. Type in Kazi Box on the search box in the Play Store
3. When you find Kazi Box with this icon: click on it
4. Press the Download button and wait for the app to load
5. Find the app icon on your phone screen and open

For IOS Devices:

 Make sure you have a good internet connection

2. Type in Kazi Box on the search box in the App Store

Does it cost to download?

Both Android and IOS apps are free to download. However, if you don’t have a Kazi Box subscription and account, you will have to sign up to enjoy the benefits of the service.

What are the benefits of downloading the Kazi Box app?

 Mobile apps use less data, so you will save money on data and internet costs

• You will get notifications on news, blog articles, and new laws, forms, and templates on your phone
• You will have easy access to all the labour and employment law information you need right at your fingertips.

What is the response time on inquiries?

Does Kazi Box offer Free Trials?

No, we currently do not offer free trials.

Where can I get press and media information?

You can fill out your details and message on our Contact page and we will get back to you with the information you requested within 1 to 3 business days.

When can I get a refund?

Since the service offers access to exclusive and highly valuable information, we do not offer refunds at the moment unless in circumstances where the customer was double-charged or other irresolvable technical issues take place .

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are done using the same method of payment as the one done during the payment.

How long would it take to get my refund?

This depends on the payment method you selected and their service provider, however, refunds should not take more than 10 business days.

How do I pay for a subscription?

1. Pick the subscription you want on the home page and click ‘Sign Up’
2. Read more about the benefits and click ‘Subscribe Now’
3. Fill in your information to create an account
4. Pick a payment method and place your order
5. You will get a confirmation email with instructions about next steps
6. Your account should be activated within 24 hours

How do I download a template and/or form?

1. Click on Templates or Forms tabs on the main menu
2. Browse and click on the template or form name you want to download
3. Once file has loaded, click on Download text on the left-hand side of the screen
4. Wait for the template or form to download

How do I customize a template and/or form?

1. Once template or form has been downloaded, double click to open the page
2. Start editing in the relevant areas

What is the difference between basic, pro and premium packages?

The basic package gives you unlimited access to the Library and forms, however, you do not get access to templates.

The pro and premium packages give you access to the Library, forms and templates, however the pro package has limited access to templates and the premium gives you access to everything. Learn more about these packages.

Are the documents legal? Who are the authors?

We work with a team of highly credible lawyers to curate all the content on the site. Some of the forms and documents are government issued content that is legal and reliable.

Do you offer Kazi Box in Kiswahili or other languages?

Currently the site is only available in English.

Will you add new templates? How frequently?

Yes, we will be adding new information such as news and articles on a weekly basis. We will also add new templates and forms each month.
